About the Creator Track
The Creator Track supports projects that expand and enrich culture within the Stacks ecosystem. It funds artists, builders, and community leaders working at the intersection of creativity and Bitcoin technology.
To make sure we cover the breadth of creator activity, this track is divided into three subcategories:
- Creator Artists: Artists, musicians, filmmakers, storytellers, photographers, designers, performers
- Creator Builders: Tools, dashboards, marketing platforms, AI creative support, gaming infrastructure
- Creator Communities: IRL meetups, exhibitions, residencies, awards, education, collectives
Review & Selection
- Transparency: All applications will be publicly visible so the community can follow the process from start to finish.
- Collation: I will collect and organize all Creator Track applications to ensure nothing is missed and every entry is reviewed fairly.
- Mentor Collaboration: Applications will be reviewed together with the three mentors — representing Artists, Builders, and Communities — each bringing their expertise to the evaluation process.
- Community Guidance: Mentors will join weekly Creator Spaces as speakers to share insights, answer questions, and offer advice to applicants during the application period.
- Final Decisions: Funding decisions will be made openly and announced to the community on the published timeline.
- Eligibility: Mentors are eligible to apply for funding. Participation as a mentor does not exclude them from submitting their own project.
